Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened father Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my tale of highs, lows and everything in-between. In 1990, my family relocated to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. Being aware of the possibility for a better life, I strived to be their proudest and had tunnel vision for success. My goals were set: I would attend university, find an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy an apartment. This was my vision of what success would look like. But life had other thoughts. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn an income. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to find my new calling as an instructor. My business was founded in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary in this calendar year. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As a coach, I want to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to aid others to become healthier and more content. Also, I want others to be empowered to achieve their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my life to datethat of losing my mother. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting in Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life really does have the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even if we are unable to see the lesson at the moment. Many ways, my mom's death changed me. I truly believe she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to transition to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. In the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now rather than just existing like I was before. The purpose of sharing my experience is to let you know that, you are not the only one. I hope that you believe that love is real and that therapy is regular. Your health is your most valuable asset. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to be the best version of yourself.
